  • Phantoms take D1 Lower Title!

Phantoms 1 had an action-packed season, finishing 4th overall in their division before entering February’s round-robin. After winning out of the round-robin, 3 games to 0, the Phantoms finished their season on the highest of notes capturing the CUHL Division 1 Lower Championship with a dramatic 5-3 win over Jr. Ice Hogs 1. The final was filled with a lot of action and two benches full of determined hockey players as the game was tied 3-3 into the 3rd period. The Phantoms scored, breaking the tie, with just over four minutes left in the 3rd. An empty-netter in the closing minute sealed the win for these mighty Mites!
